Prosecutors and defense attorneys will attempt to utilize this equation to prove guilt or innocence. The equation considers amount of alcohol consumed, body weight, alcohol elimination rate, amount of alcohol consumed, time since first drink and a handful of other variables. Here is the exact Widmark formula:

N = Wr(Ct + βt)
