Bombay Sapphire is a dry gin from London, England. The gin is crafted from a recipe dating as far back as 1761. The elegant gin is distilled from 100% grain neutral spirit.
Some of the ingredients include almonds, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris, angelica, coriander, cassia bark, cubeb berries and grains of paradise. The ingredients come from across the globe reaching into Spain, Italy, West Africa, Saxony and more.
Bombay Sapphire has an alcohol content of 47% or 94 Proof. With such a high alcohol content one must pay attention to how much they consume before driving. One martini does not equal “one drink” because a martini usually includes 3 to 4 ounces. The one drink rule relies upon one ounce of 80 Proof. >>>> Review the One Drink per Hour Rule.
