Glendale, California – July 27, 2007. Nicole Ritchie pleads guilty to Driving Under the Influence from her December DUI arrest. Court Commissioner, Steven K. Lubell, accepted the guilty plea and then proceeded with sentencing.

The terms of Nicole Richie’s DUI sentence include:

Some of her probation conditions include not driving with alcohol in her system, and do not operate a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
