Manhattan, Kansas. Dalonte Hall, Kansas State Basketball assistant coach, was arrested for driving under the influence. He was stopped for a traffic infraction, but the investigation led to a DUI arrest. Hill posted a $500.00 bond and was released.
Hill made the following statement for the public:
“I am embarrassed for the attention this has brought to our program. I regret this situation taking away any attention from our team’s accomplishments and from our preparation for Saturday’s game with Missouri.”
Hill’s arrest took a small chunk of attention away from the Wildcats’ win over No. 2 Kansas earlier that night.
