Judith Ann Black Pleas Guilty to DUI With Golf Cart

Golf Cart DUIMurrieta, California. Judith Ann Black has resolved her criminal court action. Black pleaded guilty to DUI with bodily injury. Black will be sentenced on April 4th, but her plea agreement states she will not get more than one year of jail.

Black’s legal troubles began on May 26, 2007 while she was operating a golf cart in the posh community of Canyon Lake. Black was cruising along with one adult passenger and six children packed into her six person golf cart.

Black crashed the golf cart and ended up injuring her 7 year old son. He escaped the ordeal with superficial injuries. Prosecutor Arthur Chang orchestrated the plea bargain and believes they struck, “…the best deal.”

    5 children had superficial injuries, her son was in the hospital for 3 days and the injuries were NOT superficial. Unless you consider a contused lung and major skin abrasion superficial. He is physically and emotionally scarred for life now. Oh, and she refuses to pay any child support to the father who took care of both kids for 14 months after this horrible wreck. She is a deadbeat drunken mom!
