Orange Beach, Alabama – July 3, 2007. An 11 year old girl led police on a high speed chase. The girl reached speeds over 100 mph before crashing her vehicle. She suffered minor injuries, but during the investigation a blood alcohol test was administered. Results of that test have not been released.
Apparently, the girl was on her way to pick up her sister that was attending a concert. Police have not determined where the 11 year got her alcohol. She was charged with DUI, Hit and Run, Reckless Endangerment and speeding. It seems no one has educated her on the dangers of getting her drink on before driving, or that 11 year olds are not supposed to drive.
