Georgetown, Texas. Anthony Lynn Falco, 53, will most likely remain behind bars for the rest of his life. Since 1979, Anthony has racked up 10 convictions for Driving Under the Influence. His 10th conviction should be his last.
Anthony waived his right to a jury trial, and argued his case in front of a judge. The 0.17 blood alcohol results hurt Anthony’s case, and he was found guilty of felony DUI. The court sentenced him to 60 years in prison. The streets are slightly safer in Texas as Anthony rots in jail.
