DUI Washington Administrative Code Provisions Uploaded

Washington State DUI Information updated the DUI Laws section. Now a viewer can browse the Revised Code of Washington and, Washington Administrative Code provisions relevant to Driving Under the Influence ( DUI ).

The administrative codes explain the Washington State Toxicologist standards for blood sample analysis, and the preliminary breath test ( PBT ) rules. The preliminary breath test is often mistakenly referred to as the portable breath test. This is the roadside DUI breath test police officers request suspected drunk drivers to blow into prior making a DUI arrest. Many of the provisions are short in length and make for an easy read.
