DUI Washington Administrative Code Provisions Uploaded

Washington State DUI Information updated the DUI Laws section. Now a viewer can browse the Revised Code of Washington and, Washington Administrative Code provisions relevant to Driving Under the Influence ( DUI ).

The administrative codes explain the Washington State Toxicologist standards for blood sample analysis, and the preliminary breath test ( PBT ) rules. The preliminary breath test is often mistakenly referred to as the portable breath test.
