Washington State Boating Under the Influence Laws

Washington State DUI Information made some additions to the Revised Code of Washington section. The Boating Under the Influence (BUI) laws can now be reviewed. Boating Under the Influence is not dealt with as seriously as Driving Under the Influence in the State of Washington. In fact there are no mandatory penalties associated with BUI. These statutory provisions detail other boating crimes as well.
