Tracy Morgan of 30 Rock Arrested for DUI

Tracy Morgan arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) allegedly providing a failed breath test result. Tracy Morgan was arrested just last December for DUI in Hollywood, California with a breath test result of 0.13.

Tracy Morgan escaped potentially severe punishment in California, but is still on probation for his Hollywood DUI. This means the California court can sanction Tracy for his new DUI arrest.
